An additional fee applies to sold products or services on our Marketplace. Depending on the products or services listed, there will be up to 5%. -or- a flat rate cost.
Membership fees are billed in accordance with your chosen plan and must be paid in full to maintain active status. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, and pro-rated refunds shall be issued only if we terminate without cause.
Certain features of the Service may be reserved for professional buyers, sellers, resellers, and other qualified participants, as determined by us in our sole discretion. While we aim to limit access to these features to qualified individuals, we are not liable for failing to screen users or for allowing unqualified users to access the Service.
Listing Disqualification – After reviewing your listing, we will delist it if we feel it does not qualify as a green industry business. If we feel your company is not a landscape supply or service provider related to lawn & landscape or the green industry, we must remove your listing.
You are solely responsible for all content—such as text, images, videos, and other materials—that you post, email, or otherwise share via the Service (“Content”). If you request or allow The Landscape Connection to post Content on your behalf, you remain fully responsible for that Content.
By posting Content, you grant The Landscape Connection a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content for any purpose related to the Service, including marketing and promotional activities.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. The Landscape Connection is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or content of those external sites. Use them at your own risk.
We do not pre-screen all Content, but we reserve the right to remove any material that violates these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise objectionable.
